Shipping Policy
Here at The Sword Lord we only ship to United States and Canada and charge a flat rate depending on your total, And Shipping is free for purchases of $100 or more. It is at our discretion to choose what shipping service to use - NO EXCEPTIONS. At this time we do not offer the option of rush deliveries. For shippmnets to Canada we are nor resposible for taxes and fees accompanied by its Laws. Be aware that there is additional fees incuured to you once the shippment arrives through UPS.
Refund Policy
After receiving your merchandise we offer a 15 day return or exchange. To receive refund (less shipping), the merchandise must be in itÂ’s original unused condition with all packaging materials intact. Refund will be extended after we have inspected the merchandise and find it to be in original condition. If the returned merchandise is found to be handled, misused and in a non-saleable condition there will be a 20% restocking charge. It is the buyers responsibility to cover all return shipping charges.
